1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. Description of Services

We publish a range of mobile applications for iOS and Android. Each app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, functionality, and availability may vary between apps and platforms.

3. User Accounts

Our apps do not require account registration. No login, email address, or personal information is required to use our apps.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer optional premium features via in-app purchases, which may include one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions.

All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions).

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

5. Free Tiers & Limitations

Some of our apps offer free tiers with limited functionality. Free-tier users may see advertisements. Upgrading to a premium tier removes ads and unlocks additional features. Specific limitations are described within each app.

6. Advertising

Some of our apps display advertisements via Google AdMob. On iOS 14.5 and later, you will be asked whether to allow ad tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, ads will still appear but will not be personalised. Premium users are not shown advertisements.

7. Your Data

Our apps store data locally on your device wherever possible. We do not have access to your data. If you delete an app, your locally stored data is permanently deleted. For full details about data collected by third-party services, please refer to ourPrivacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Our apps, including their design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by Samuel Blackburn. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our apps without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any information displayed in our apps is based solely on data you enter — we are not responsible for any decisions made based on this information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samuel Blackburn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our apps.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
